A number of you have been asking this question and quite honestly we hear fantastic reports from both products regularly so please understand that you can't go wrong either way.
Coral Powder is most economical at approximately $10 per month compared to $19.95 per month for Coral Capsules. For most people Coral Powder is all they need.
The Coral capsules contain vitamin D, malic acid (from apples), and Betaine to aid digestion and assimilation for those who may have a compromised digestive system or lacking in vitamin D from natural sunshine. The caps are a little handier too.
My recommendation: Take both - get your vitamin D, etc from a capsule in the morning and a capsule at night, and then boost your calcium and mineral intake with the powder as needed. If you are getting good amounts of calcium and minerals from your food (not too likely!), take a little less powder - if your diet is less than ideal, take more powder. I have my family and friends to take one capsule plus one scoop of powder every morning and night as I do.
There have been no reports of consumers getting too much Calcium (hypercalcemia) from Coral even though some take several times what we recommend.
Note: Coral is most effective if taken morning and evening because your calcium runs low by evening and your body will rob it from your bones if it is not present in your bloodstream. With or without food is ok. One tasty way to take Coral Powder is to mix a scoop or two into a glass Cranberry juice - it takes that tart edge off and gives it an almost effervescent quality - maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure I can feel it oxygenating my mouth and throat as I drink it! Let us know how you like it, OK. We really appreciate the opportunity to make a difference in your life!
